1. Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but availability is not guaranteed without a booking.

2. How long is each sauna session?

Each session last 50 minutes, giving you ample time to relax, detox, and unwind.

3. What should I bring to my session?

Please bring a towel, water bottle, and wear appropriate swimwear. We also recommend a change of clothes for afterwards.

Note there are no change rooms on-site for external guests (Non-NRMA Jindabyne guests)

4. Can I use the sauna if I have a medical condition?

If you have a medical condition (such as heart issues, high blood pressure, or are pregnant), we strongly advise consulting with your doctor before using the sauna.

5. Is there an age limit for sauna use?

Yes. Guests must be 16 years or older to use the sauna. Teens aged 12-15 may attend with a parent or guardian's consent and supervision.

6. How often should I use the sauna?

This depends on your goals and personal wellness routine. Many of our members come 2–3 times per week for best results in stress relief, muscle recovery, and overall well-being.

7. Are group bookings or private sessions available?

Yes, we offer private and public sessions. Both type of sessions can host up to 6 guests.

8. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations for private sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your session credit. Individual session must be canceled 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.

9. Do the sauna session packs expire?

Yes. For seasonal packs (like our Winter 2025 10-Session Membership), sessions must be used within the specified dates: June 7 – October 7, 2025.

10. Can I share my session pack with someone else?

Session packs are non-transferable and are intended for individual use only.
