Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but availability is not guaranteed without a booking.

2. How long is each sauna session?

Each session lasts 50 minutes, giving you ample time to relax, detox, and unwind.

3. What should I wear and bring?

  • Swimwear: Put this on before you arrive.

  • Loose clothing: Wear warm, easy-to-change garments over your swimwear.

  • No metal: Remove all jewellery and swimwear with metal details to prevent discomfort. (Sauna can be up to 100 degrees)

What to Bring

  • Towel: Required for your session.

  • Water bottle: Essential to stay hydrated.

Important Note

  • No real change rooms: If you are not staying at the NRMA Jindabyne park, you may wish to arrive dressed and ready, as there are no on-site changing rooms for external guests. We do have an old van that is set up as a makeshift change room.

If you have a medical condition (such as heart issues, high blood pressure, or are pregnant), we strongly advise consulting with your doctor before using the sauna.

Yes, we offer private and public sessions. Public sessions are limited to 4 guests, while private sessions can host up to 6.
